MSCEIT and EI Certification Training
NEW FORMAT: We have recently revised all of our training offerings. We have designed a new 3-day course which both certifies you in the MSCEIT as well as in the use of our EI Skills Group training materials. To accomplish this, we offer more material online, covering psychometrics, history of the field, and even basic report interpretation. You complete these readings online and take some post-reading surveys to ensure that you 'get' the material. You also spend an hour on the phone with us reviewing your own MSCEIT results. You come to the workshop with a lot of knowledge and information and we get to use the classroom time for discussion and practice. It's a great format for learning. But the learning does not end at 5 PM on day 3 -- we make ourselves available to you after the classroom portion ends. Plus, we give you access to all of our training materials.
NEW EI TRAINING COURSE: Many people ask us about ways in which they can learn more about their own EI skills and how to develop these skills. Up until now, we have had to turn them away. We are thrilled to announce that we will now be offering one-day training seminars to individuals!
WHY US? There are a few reasons why you should consider, and hopefully choose, EI Skills Group. We constantly update and revise all of our training materials. We are here for you after the certification sessions, ready to support and assist you. You'll be trained either by one of the MSCEIT co-authors, or by one of the leading EI trainers in the world. Smart Ways to Get EI Certified and Trained - How To Intelligently Choose an EI Program That Feels Right
"Emotional Intelligence" - should have something to do with both
emotions and intelligence, right? Of course. Your challenge is to find
approaches, materials and assessments that also include emotions and
intelligence.
You can get training
or become 'certified" in many different "EQ" approaches. The problem is that
many "EQ" courses and tests have
little to do with either emotions or intelligence. If you are considering
training in emotional intelligence, please consider our courses. We feature
the ability model of EI in our training. This ability approach to EI
(please, not 'EQ') views EI as a real intelligence - a set of hard skills - that
work on and work with emotions. In addition, we are constantly updating
and adding to our content - you will receive the most up-to-date MSCEIT course
only through EI Skills Group.
We dare to be
different in other ways: no pop psych, no junk science, no wild claims. Ours is
an honest, open look. We are research-based and application-focused. Other
great aspects of our training include:
* Small class size
* Post-workshop support
* Lots of practical applications
* On-line pre-work (MSCEIT course)
* Access to our custom feedback materials
* The latest research
* The most up-to-date course materials
